5 Days / 4 Nights Aberdares, Masai Mara & Lake Nakuru Safari

Depart Nairobi after breakfast or collection from your agreed pickup point and travel north into Kenya's central highlands towards the Aberdare region. The journey passes fertile agricultural country and increasingly green mountain scenery.

Arrive in the Aberdares area and continue with the day's confirmed programme. Depending on your accommodation and timing, the afternoon can include scenic exploration, relaxation or wildlife viewing associated with the reserve and lodge area.

After breakfast, leave the Aberdare highlands and travel towards the Great Rift Valley before continuing via Narok to the Masai Mara. The route provides a dramatic transition from highland forest country to open savannah.

Depending on arrival time, enjoy an introductory Masai Mara game drive before proceeding to Talek for check-in at Rovers Campsite Mara.

Spend a full day exploring the Masai Mara with your professional driver/guide. The programme focuses on wildlife viewing, photography and time in the reserve's open savannah landscapes.

Your guide will use local knowledge to search for rewarding sightings. Depending on conditions, wildlife may include elephants, giraffes, buffalo, antelopes and predators associated with a classic Masai Mara safari in Kenya.

After breakfast, leave the Masai Mara and travel through the Great Rift Valley towards Lake Nakuru. Scenic and comfort stops are coordinated by your guide during the journey.

On arrival, continue with the day's Lake Nakuru programme according to timing. The park is known for its lake environment, birdlife and varied wildlife within a compact and scenic Rift Valley setting.

After breakfast, enjoy any final Lake Nakuru wildlife-viewing activity included in your confirmed programme before beginning the return road journey to Nairobi.
